I have 2 issues one is the check in and check out time 10 am check out is too early if check in is after 2pm . I wanted to purchase breakfast add on but was told not possible at food checkout even though they had terminal, had to go to reception to do , however reception said they could do at breakfast bar which I just came from !  Second at reception I informed them that my room would not be vacant rd until breakfast was consumed at 10.30 , no problems but upon returning to room it had been serviced at some of my belongings removed!! What the !!  At 10.25am my ro

房間走廊都很乾凈整潔，有個小陽台，就是床有點小，不懂外國人長得牛高馬大的為什麼床都是80CM。停車場很大，離海邊很近，前台服務人員很熱情細心，房間衞生很乾凈，設施比較新。

Like the hotel vibe and friendly staff. Big free parking. Very good and big room. For some more $$$ you can get golf view, otherwise the room will face parking. Did not like the breakfast - a bit overpriced, was charged for small child as well and not that much to eat

Really bad experience. The receptionist was not helpful, had me sit and wait until checkin time despite telling me my room was ready but I could only check in for a $50 fee. First room clearly was pet friendly there was dog hair everywhere and it smelt awful. Moved me to another room which had dirty bedding but by this point I was so exhausted I just asked for a new sheet and changed the bedding so I could go to bed. Would not recommend staying here for this price.

這家酒店在託基較寧靜的位置，是一家高爾夫酒店，可以一邊吃早餐看打高爾夫，也可以一邊吃晚餐看打高爾夫。可以在高爾夫球場散步。酒店房間非常乾淨，房間也蠻大的。床特別的軟，我是感覺挺舒服。酒店不包早餐，早餐自己付費。酒店不遠就是海灘，如果遇見太陽下山挺漂亮。攜城寫的金沙託基酒店在谷歌上是搜不到的，酒店的名字應該是The Sands。非常喜歡這家酒店。

Reception staff were really friendly, and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to stay longer to enjoy all the facilities, but hopefully we will be back. Torquay is a beautiful spot to explore with beautiful beaches and lovely walking tracks.

Great setting as a golf club hotel. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Only a couple of minutes driving from town centre in a nice tranquil environment. I’d trade the bit of convenience for that.
